No, affiliate marketing is not dead. In fact it is alive and well and as profitable as ever. In fact anyone can get started but the most important thing is dedication. You have to pick one method and stick with it. Is Affiliate Marketing dead? No not as long as you are dedicated and focused on your work. You can still make money online.

Is Affiliate Marketing Right for Me?
Do you find yourself asking, Is Affiliate Marketing Right for Me? Well let me go over what it takes to get started.
- You need a quality training program. You will have to buy this but, if you choose not to then you might as well not waste your time. Yes affiliate marketing is really easy but it is not about just putting a button. You will have to do some actual work.
- You need a home computer with internet access. (you probably are using one right now)
- You need motivation. Many people search on the internet for ways to make money from home but without motivation everyone will fail. Most people get discouraged when not earning money after 2 days. Affiliate Marketing is not a Miracle. You will still have to work but if you do then it will pay off.

Why am I not making money with Affiliate Marketing?
If you are not making money with affiliate marketing I would suggest that you look at what you are actually doing.
1. Are you promoting a useful product? nobody wants to buy a ton of crap...be honest with yourself.
2. Do you own your own website? if you just write an article with 1 link at the bottom it is not going to work. you need to creat a lot of quality information.
3. Are you providing information? if you are creating an ad then people will not read it. They want to learn something by reading. Thats why they are looking in the first place.
Try these to start and see how it comes. I will continue to provide more information as time goes on.

Is affiliate marketing worth it? It depends on how hard you will work. be honest with yourself. If you plan to quit out after a few days then just give up now and save the time. But if you will keep with it and work hard then you will join the many successful affiliate marketers across the web and begin making money from home.

I have been asked this question many times but I do not think that most people who hear about this method take it seriously. To be completely honest affiliate marketing is not easy. It takes hard work to get it going properly but if you really put the time and effort into it then you can make hundreds to thousands of dollars a month with it. This may not be a full time salary at first but its a great way to supplement your income and possibly become a full time job someday.

Ways to Make Money at Home
There are several ways to make money at home that people choose to use but, not all of them are created equal.
I am going to go over a few of the pros and cons of each to try to keep you from starting down the wrong path. After all the key to making money may be working hard, but it wont help if you are not doing the right work.
Ways to Make Money at Home
To get started you have to find a quality site to sign up with and each survey you take will take between 15 and 30 minutes. Very few will earn you more than 50 cents but for this example lets assume you finish 1 survey and get paid 50 cents every 15 minutes. That would mean you earn 2 dollars an hour. I mean geez at those wages you could do better working at McDonalds. Yes you can find ways to make money at home with taking surveys but due to the time it takes for such meager wages I do not recommend it.
2. Starting your Own Business- This is 1 of the great ways to make money at home. You get to do what you love and get paid so it is the best of both worlds. Of course to do this you have to have a business to start. Not only will you need an idea but you also need the start up costs and fees. Most small businesses will fail in the first 2 years. Now if you have a brilliant idea then go ahead and run with it. However, if your just starting out then I do not recommend starting your own business as one of the ways to make money at home.
3. Affiliate Marketing- This is one of the best ways to make money at home. In fact it is easy to start because all you have to do is buy a training program and you can get started from home tonight. It is very simple and can be done in your spare time and some people even make a full time living from it. The downside is that it will not make you rich overnight. It is not a way to become a millionaire in a week. Also, it will not work if your lazy. People expect that they will get something from it by just signing up. However, if you do not mind putting a little bit of work in in the evenings then affiliate marketing is one of the best ways to make money at home.
After looking at all these methods I would suggest starting your own business is possible. However, if you do not have at least $100,000 to invest and get started then I would recommend affiliate marketing as the best of the ways to make money from home. It is safe and requires an investment of less that $100. As long as you are willing to put in the time and effort then you too can get started.
